FRAUD PROTECTION

Verify you're dealing with Green Meadow

Freight fraud often starts with an email that looks right. Here's how to confirm it's really us.

OUR OFFICIAL DETAILS

We only email from @shipwithgm.com. Check the domain letter by letter. Lookalike domains are a common trick.
We never change payment details by email. Any change is confirmed by phone with someone you already know.
Call back on a number you trust. Use the number on your contract or on this website, not the one in a suspicious email.
Check our authority. Look up USDOT 3263998 / MC-1029377 in the FMCSA register and confirm the details match.
Every carrier we book is vetted through Highway plus our own onboarding and fraud checks.
